Battlefield 2025 Tournament
October 11 and 12, 2025
Join us at the best October Travel Soccer Tournament in the Mid-Atlantic. We expect over 230 teams to participate, offering competitive brackets at all skill levels. Matches will be played on the best turf and grass fields in Prince William County.
Matches will be played at locations across Prince William County, including: George Hellwig Memorial Park, Howison Park, Valley View Park, Krieger Park, Long Park, Catharpin Park.
Age groups from U9 to U19; 3 games guaranteed.
Clubs: Register 10 or more teams can get a discount of 10% off of the tournament team fee. Payment for the club teams should be done in coordination with tournament director and with one club payment.
Entry fee (includes the Gotsport Software Fee of $20.00):
- U9-U10 is $725
- U11-U12 is $795
- U13-U15 is $875
- U16-U19 is $920

Tournament Insurance Now Available
For the Battlefield Tournament, an option is available for teams to potentially receive a refund of their entry fee in case of weather-related cancellation or curtailment. Accepted teams/clubs can purchase an optional event cancellation insurance policy through US Sports Club Insurance (USSCI). This program is available via a partnership with GotSport.
Here are the key details about the event insurance program:
- Purpose: It is an optional program designed to safeguard your team and its entry fees against unsafe weather conditions. Purchasing insurance is not required to participate in the tournament.
- How to Purchase: The policy can be purchased directly from your team’s GotSport account within the Battlefield Tournament application.
- Cost: The policy rate is a flat 10% of your specific age group entry fee. The Battlefield Tournament and NVSC do not collect any of the insurance premiums or profits from policy sales.
- Purchase Deadline: The policy must be purchased at least 15 days prior to the start of the Battlefield Tournament weekend your team is participating in to be valid. Deadline for 2025 policy purchase is Sept 26th, 2025
- Policies cannot be purchased after these dates, and without the policy, no refund will be given for weather-related cancellations.
- Coverage: The policy covers unsafe weather-related conditions, including Heat, Rain, Ice, Snow, Hail, Smoke, Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Earthquakes, and Unplayable Venues.
