NVSC Picture Day is a major fundraising activity for NVSC with any profits used to offset costs for the club, in terms of financial aid and updated facilities.

Schedules are based on your game day as below:

• U4 - U12 recreational team picture times will be based on your Saturday game time and to fit schedules for coaches with multiple teams.
• U13 - U19 recreational teams and travel teams should contact the NVSC Picture Coordinator at pictures@novasc.org to arrange a time on the picture schedule.
• Travel teams should contact the NVSC Picture Coordinator at pictures@novasc.org to arrange a time on the picture schedule.

All orders MUST be placed online through our brand new website, which features a much more simplified and user-friendly ordering process. Check and cash payments will no longer be accepted. Order forms will not be provided at the picture session.

Families will use the league’s access code RACHE to place their order.

New & Improved Ordering:

• No account creation is required.
• Multiple children can now be added to the same order for your convenience.
• If ordering for more than one child, you will receive separate order numbers for each child, even if they are placed in the same transaction.
• Orders should be placed prior to or on picture day. 

Note: Orders that are placed after picture day will incur additional processing fees.

VERY IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
The order number generated at checkout must be written on the photo slip (provided at the session) and given to the photographer when the child’s picture is taken. Parents will receive their order number(s) via email confirmation after completing their on-line purchase. Please keep your confirmation/order number(s) and bring it with you to your picture session. 

This new online process requires the following information; please make sure you have this information before you place your order: (PLEASE REACH OUT TO YOUR COACH FOR THE INFO BELOW)

• COACH LAST NAME (eg. SMITH...DON’T PUT “COACH SMITH OR COACH JOHN
• TEAM NAME (eg. VU06CO1, HU10G02, SU08B03)
• SPORT (drop down select Soccer)
• LEAGUE NAME (drop down menu choose Northern Virginia Soccer Club)
• PICTURE DAY LOCATION, DATE AND TEAM SCHEDULED PICTURE TIME

IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL PICTURE DAYS GOING FORWARD WILL BE HELD INDOORS. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PARK IN DESIGNATED PARKING SPACES TO AVOID GETTING PARKING TICKETS OR BEING TOWED, SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY.  NVSC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING FINES.

Picture days for Valley View and Ben Lomond Districts will be combined this season; Hellwig and Signal Hill Districts will be combined this season.

Schedules will be developed to accommodate travel times. If you have a conflict with your schedule time, please contact pictures@novasc.org.

Olson Photography | Sports Photo Ordering

Time slots are tight for all picture days please follow these steps:
1. Players do not need soccer balls or other accessories for picture taking.
2. Teams are encouraged to show up and be organized 10-15 minutes before their scheduled time.
3. The coach should notify the Olson Photography site coordinator when they arrive. Do not wait for your entire team to show up before letting the coordinator know you are there.
