Club Picture Day is a major fundraising activity for NVSC used to offset costs for the club.

Recreational Team (U4 through U12) picture times will be based on your Saturday game time and to fit schedules for coaches with multiple teams.

SFL League (U13 - U19) Teams should contact the NVSC Picture Coordinator at pictures@novasc.org to arrange a schedule.

Travel Teams should contact the NVSC Picture Coordinator at pictures@novasc.org to arrange a schedule.

No cash will be accepted please use just credit, debit, checks and electronic payments (Apple Pay, Zelle, etc.)

Please view and download the Memory Makers order form (below) to see prices and different packages available (please make sure your parents/players bring this completed order form with payment before arriving for pictures; this keeps the process moving along)

Time slots are tight. Teams are encouraged to show up and be organized 10-15 minutes before their scheduled time.  The coach should notify the Memory Maker site coordinator when they arrive. Do not wait for your entire team to show up before letting the coordinator know you are there. In the event of any schedule changes/requests coaches/parents should contact the NVSC Picture Coordinator Mari Zetino at pictures@novasc.org

Memory Makers is the NVSC picture vendor.  Memory Makers has the ability to accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards on site.

Coaches: Please share the order form with your team so parents/players have an idea of what they may purchase before they arrive at the picture site. Also, encourage your parents/players to have their completed forms printed out and payments (checks, cash, credit/debit cards) available.
