Spring Season:  Starts March 19th, 2025. Estimated completion date is May 24th.  Registration closes March 1st, 2025.
Summer Season: Starts June 11th, 2025. Estimated completion date is August 15th. Registration opens April 11th, 2025.  Registration closes May 31st, 2025.
Fall Season: Anticipated start date September 3rd, 2025. Estimated completion date is November 21st. Registration is currently scheduled to open July 7th, 2025, and close Aug 15th, 2025.

For those looking ahead to Fall of 2025, here is the anticipated registration schedule.  Estimated start date of Sept. 3rd, 2025. 
All dates are subject to adjustment.

Fall Adult 7v7 Early Bird Discount registration - From 7/7 to 7/18 - $85 paid online at time of registration. 
If the $85 is not paid online before the season starts, fee will revert to the $95 On Time registration fee.

Fall Adult 7v7 On Time registration -      From 7/19 to 8/1 - $95

Fall Adult 7v7 Late registration -             From 8/2 to 8/16 - $105

This league is open to both men and women 18 years of age or over. All games are played on Friday evenings at 8:30pm and 9:30 pm on the turf fields at Hellwig Park.  All games are played short-sided with multiple games playing simultaneously. Games last for 50 minutes with a 5 minute half time. Please note that a minimum of 2 women must be on the field at all times or the team must play down. Each team will play 7-8 games a season over 8-10 weeks. We try to hold 3 seasonal sessions a year, if we have enough teams interested. There are usually end-of-season playoffs as part of our Fall season.

We cannot guarantee placement on a team, but we do encourage you to register online. If you are a new player and do not have a team/ friend you wish to play with, please put “Waitlist/Free Agent" in the Team Request box. You will be placed on a team in order of registration. If you have already spoken with a captain, please put their team name/Captain or friends' name in the Team Request box.  

Captains do not register players, and there is no Team Fee. All players, including captains, must register themselves and pay online under their own accounts. Card payments may be made at the field at the start of the season by selecting the Cash or Check option during their registration process. However, No Cash or Check payments will be accepted at the fields during Adult League games.  The NVSC Club House hours to take those payments are most Tuesdays – Thursdays evenings from 5 to 7pm. As Captain you are responsible for the management of your team, this includes their behavior both on and off the field during game times. Each team must consist of a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 15 players. NVSC Adult Leagues do not issue shirts. The teams are responsible for getting their own jerseys and all players must have a visible number that is supplied to the league commissioners prior to the season start. A copy of the Coed bylaws can be found under "Bylaws & Forms". The bylaws provide a detailed list of rules governing play. These include required equipment, scope of play and specific league safety rules. There may be a few minor changes to these rules prior to the start of any season.
