Age Group Directors (AGD):

U11-U12 - Aaron Etienne. Coach Aaron will continue into the summer overseeing player development in the U11-U12 age groups. He will serve as the AGD while balancing his professional playing career with the USL2 side, Northern Virginia FC. 

U13-U15 - Hans Etienne. NVSC Technical Director of Coaching, Hans Etienne, will oversee player development of the U13-U15 age groups. Coach Hans was awarded the 2021 CCL Technical Director of the Year, and selected to coach CCL United in this summer’s Gothia Cup in Sweden.

U16-U19 - Ryan Martin. Coach Martin brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and his USSF B License to oversee player development of the U16-U19 age groups.
