Calling all Soccer Enthusiasts! Become a Field Marshal for NVSC.

Do you love soccer and Have Saturdays free and looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Then, NVSC needs YOU!

We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Field Marshals, ensuring smooth game play and a positive experience for players, coaches, and families.

Field Marshals are needed at Hellwig District, Valley View District and Signal Hill District in order to maintain a fun and safe environment for our players, coaches, referees and spectators.  Time is flexible and can be either before or after the match you are coaching or attending.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a presence at and oversee games on Saturdays.
• Be visible to the coaches, spectators and referees for accessibility to address issues that come up at a match.
• Ability to step in if needed to maintain a safe and orderly environment around the field.
• Observe and report any potential issues to club officials.gameplay
• Assist with general field duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Passion for soccer is a must!
• Referee background is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adults aged (over 21 preferred).
• Reliable transportation to and from game locations.
