The Jr. Majestics 95 Elite welcomed Glen Waudby, as the new Head Coach for the Fall 2008 U13 season.  Coach Glen is an avid student of the game and looks forward to bringing his knowledge of the English, Brazilian, and American styles of play to the training pitch.  “Coach Glen is exactly what our players need to develop their skills and to compete at the highest level of play. The experience he brings and his rapport with our players will provide everyone the opportunity to develop and succeed.”

Glen brings a philosophy of player/person development first.  Believing that a team can only develop as a whole with all parts working/developing and improving together.  This starts from the coach and includes players and parents.

Glen is from Nottinghamshire, but moved to Birmingham where he studied and gained a BH (Hons) Degree in Leisure Management with Sports Deveopment.  He played 1^st team soccer for 3 years (1 year as Captain) while at Birmingham University .  After Graduation, he became Club Development Manager and coached for the Alfreton Town Soccer Club.  Glen moved to The US in 2005 working as a full time professional soccer coach fror UK Elite Soccer in New Jersey, where he  coached teams in the MNJYSA, JAGS & MAPS leagues (West Windsor PSA, Montgomery Travellers SC, Allentown SC ).  In 2007, Glen became Assistant Regional Manager in the VA region with UK Elite.  He has coached teams in WAGS & NCSL (Crofton AC, VYS, LMVSC, and SASA).
