The tournament is played on the last regularly scheduled Saturday of the recreational season.  The morning session typically starts between 8:30 and 9:00AM and the afternoon session between 1:30 and 2:00PM.    

The tournament games are played on the clubs all weather fields (Field 7 & 8) located at George Hellwig Park.
