Kara Wade - NVSC Staff Coach

Kara Wade began coaching with NVSC in June 2015 working primarily with boys and girls, ages 9-13. She coaches at the Royals Academy where she mentors boy and girl players, ages 4-13. Kara has a skillful playing background to assist a variety of young soccer players. Kara was a member of the varsity women’s soccer team at Forest Park High School all four years, 2007-2011. During those four years of high school, Kara was named Honorable Mention, Second and First Team All-Cardinal District, All-region, and Co-Player of the Year. She earned the Most Improved Player award as a freshman and MVP as a senior. Kara went on to play Division 1 NCAA women’s soccer at Radford University. During her four years there she helped lead the team to two Big South Conference Championships with two NCAA tournament appearances. Also while at Radford, Kara was named to the Big South All-Freshmen team and Big South Second Team All-Conference.  Kara continues her coaching education through experience and will pursue her first coaching license in the near future
