Bob Skertic - NVSC Camp Staff

Bob Skertic has over 20 years of soccer coaching and training experience.  He has been coaching in Northern Virginia since 1993. Bob coached at NVSC from 2002 to 2014.  While coaching at NVSC, Bob led the NVSC Jr. Majestics ’95 to the VYSA State and the US Region I Championships.  He was the first NVSC Coach to win both the State and Region I championships.  He also coached the NVSC Jr. Majestics ’00 to two consecutive VYSA State Final Four appearances in 2013 and 2014.  Over the years, he helped invent and promote the Soccer Aerobics training that increases player’s foot skills to the highest levels.  Coach Bob holds the USSF B and National Youth Coaching License.  He has coached all levels U6-U19.  In college, Coach Bob was a track and cross-country stand out for Army (West Point) as the 1977 New York Steeplechase champion and US Army Europe 3000m and 5000m champion.
