NVSC Future Stars

The NVSC Future Stars program is for players U6 to U8.  Players register for the program without the need to tryout.  U9 players will be accepted on a case by case basis and must contact the Program via futurestars@novasc.org

The goal of the Future Stars program is to introduce and develop each player to identify their personality as a player and grow in the beautiful game.  Our approach is to provide each player an environment for success, with lots of individual attention to foster their growth.  The Future Stars program is under the direction and leadership of Eber Martinez and Aaron Etienne.  Additional NVSC coaching staff will be engaged as well to provide coaching experience in the training of the NVSC Future Stars.  The NVSC Future Stars Program Coordinator, Marco Borba can be contacted for specific program information.

In addition, while the focus of the Future Stars program, as noted above, is to provide training to the players for their development.  In addition, our staff will be identifying top Future Stars players to offer additional opportunities, such as to train with NVSC travel teams, guest play at tournaments, and participate in NVSC tournaments, as appropriate.

During the Fall and Spring sessions, Future Stars will train two times a week with small sided play on the weekend.  All training will occur at Hellwig Park.  Training will be held on Tuesday and Friday evenings; small sided play will occur on Saturday afternoon.

The Future Stars program is divided into three individual “sessions”:

  • Fall session will cost $275 and consists of training 2x per week for 10 weeks
  • Winter session will cost $150 and consists of indoor training 1x per week for 6 weeks
  • Spring session will cost $275 and consists of training 2x per week for 10 weeks
