We are pleased to announce that you won’t have to fight through Friday evening traffic for a mandatory registration night...team check-in will take place at the field where you play your games on the Saturday of the tournament. Please arrive 1 hour before your first game and go to the main tent at your site. You must bring the following:
- Official 2011/2012 season roster approved by the State Association
- Original player passes for each player on the team including guest players
- Two copies of the official roster
- Medical release form for each player on the team including guest players
At the completion of registration, the team will be provided an approved tournament roster (each copy will be initialed by a tournament official, one will remain with the team and the other two with the tournament committee/official). The player passes and approved tournament roster must be available for inspection by the Field Marshals 15 minutes prior to and for the duration of each game.
Teams from outside of Region I must include Permission to Travel form (approved by their state association) at the time of registration (WAGSL and NCSL teams outside of Virginia do not need Permission to Travel form).
Guest Players: Guest players may be travel or recreational. Guest players cannot be from another travel team participating in the tournament. Players can only play for one team in the tournament. Guest players must have current player passes and medical release forms. They will be written onto the roster copies at registration.
U9-U12 teams are allowed up to 14 players with a maximum of 3 guest players, U13-U16 teams are allowed up to 18 players with a maximum of 5 guest players, U17-U19 teams are allowed up to 22 players with a maximum of 5 guest players.
