Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Battlefield Classic soccer tournament. Prior to applying for the tournament, it is important that you read through and understand the information listed below. This information is not all inclusive. Check each box, and click the button at the bottom to indicate that you have read, understand and agree to these tournament terms and conditions.

Application and Entry Fee. Application MUST be made by September 16, 2009 with mailed in payment received no later than September 20, 2009. Full payment must be received before an application is considered to be complete. Teams that apply after September 16, 2009 or payment is received after September 20, 2009 will be placed on a waiting list. In order for the Tournament Committee to evaluate your application, it is imperative that each team submits correct/complete information. If necessary, league administrators will be contacted for verification of stated information.
Acceptance. No refunds will be issued once a team is accepted. Notification of Acceptance will be sent via e-mail on September 20, 2009. Accepted teams will also be posted on the tournament website.
Coaching Conflicts. Potential coaching conflicts may be submitted for consideration along with the application within the comment section provided also the coaches name has to be listed exactly the same for both teams in the tournament online application. Conflict resolutions will only be considered for two teams per coach. No requests will be considered after the schedules are completed. Coaches are responsible for managing any conflicts that may arise during the tournament.
Mandatory Team Registration. All teams MUST check-in one hour prior to their first tournament game...no need to travel Friday night in traffic to register a team.  All forms and documentation listed in the Notification of Acceptance and on the website Team Registration page are required at registration for a team to successfully check-in.
