General Information

• Application Deadline: Application MUST be made by September 16, 2010 with mail-in payment received no later than September 20, 2010. Applications are accepted online only. Full payment must be received before an application is considered to be complete. Teams that apply after September 16, 2010 or payment is received after September 20, 2010 will be placed on a waiting list. No refunds issued once accepted.
• Age Groups/Teams: Club teams with up to 3 guest players - U15B,G; U14B,G; U13B,G; U12B,G; U11B,G; U10B,G; U9B,G. U9-U10 teams are allowed a maximum of 12 players, with a maximum of three (3) guest players. U11-U12 teams are allowed a maximum of 14 players, with a maximum of 3 guest players.  U13 - U15 teams are allowed a maximum of 18 players, with a maximum of three (3) guest players. A player may be rostered to play on only one team during the duration of this tournament.
• Entry Fee: U9 - U10 is $525; U11 - U12 is $550; U13 - U15 is $595. All teams will be scheduled for a minimum of three games.
• Number of Players: U9 and U10 shall have a maximum of 7 (seven) players on the field of play and no less than 5 (five).  U11 and U12 shall have a maximum of 8 (eight) players on the field of play and no less than 5 (five).  U13 - U15 shall have a maximum of 11 (eleven) players on the field of play and no less than 7 (seven).
• Coaching Conflicts: Potential coaching conflicts may be submitted for consideration along with the application ; no requests will be considered after the schedules are completed. Coaches are responsible for managing any conflicts that may arise.
• Notification of Acceptance: Accepted teams will be notified and posted by September 20, 2010.
• T-shirt Pre-orders.  Pre-orders accepted until Sept 30th. 
• Mandatory Team Registration: Team registration is held one hour before the teams first game on Saturday the 10th at the field.  No need to drive in traffic on Friday evening just to register the team.
• Tournament Housing: TBA

Pre-order your tournament t-shirts prior to September 30th and receive a $2 discount per shirt.  Pre-ordered t-shirts are available for $13 for short sleeve, and $18 for long sleeves shirts.
